Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Transfer to the hotel, and preparation for the trek (permits, gear check).Overnight in Kathmandu.
Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, passing through the scenic countryside, rivers, and small towns (7-8 hours drive). Overnight in a guesthouse in Soti Khola.
Begin the trek, following the Budi Gandaki River. Walk through terraced fields, forests, and small villages like Labubesi.Arrive at Machha Khola after 5-6 hours of trekking. Overnight in Machha Khola.
Continue trekking along the Budi Gandaki, passing through Tatopani (hot springs). Cross suspension bridges and walk through Dobhan and Yaruphant. After about 6-7 hours, arrive in Jagat, a beautifully located village.Overnight in Jagat.
Ascend to Sirdibas and then to the village of Philim. The trail takes you through forests and along the river, offering views of mountains like Shiringi Himal. After about 6-7 hours of trekking, arrive in Deng. Overnight in Deng.
Enter the Manaslu Conservation Area as you climb through forests of pine and rhododendron. Pass through Bihi Phedi and cross several bridges, ascending gradually. Trekking for 6-7 hours leads you to Namrung, a large village with Tibetan influence. Overnight in Namrung.
Continue ascending through Lihi and Lho, where you'll get stunning views of Manaslu. Pass through several monasteries and villages like Shyala, before arriving at Samagaon, a beautiful Tibetan-style village. Trekking duration is around 6-7 hours. Overnight in Samagaon.
Spend a day in Samagaon to acclimatize. Explore the village and visit the sacred Pungyen Gompa or take a hike to Manaslu Base Camp for stunning views (optional, 6-7 hours round trip). Overnight in Samagaon.
Continue trekking up the Budi Gandaki River to the Tibetan borderlands. A shorter day of 4-5 hours trekking brings you to Samdo, a Tibetan refugee village with fantastic mountain views. Explore the village and the surrounding areas. Overnight in Samdo.
Begin the ascent towards Larkya La Pass, trekking for 4-5 hours through rugged terrain to reach Dharamsala (Larkya Phedi). This is a simple rest stop for trekkers before crossing the pass. Overnight in Dharamsala.
Start early to cross the challenging Larkya La Pass, the highest point of the trek. The climb offers breathtaking views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kang Guru, and Annapurna II. Descend carefully to Bimtang after 8-9 hours of trekking. Overnight in Bimtang.
Descend through forests and cross pastures as you trek from Bimtang to Tilije. Enjoy views of Mt. Manaslu and Lamjung Himal as you trek for 5-6 hours. Overnight in Tilije.
Continue descending to Dharapani and join the Annapurna Circuit trail. Pass through small villages and terraced fields on the way to Tal (5-6 hours of trekking). Overnight in Tal.
Trek for about 5-6 hours through the Marsyangdi River Valley, descending to Chamje. From Chamje, take a drive to Besisahar, the district headquarters. Overnight in Besisahar.
Drive back to Kathmandu (6-7 hours) along the scenic highway. Free time to relax or explore the city upon arrival in Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Transfer to the airport for your onward journey, or extend your stay to explore more of Nepal.
